This fee applies to both Small Group & Large Group rentals.
For an additional fee a personal message can be added to the theaters marquee slide rotation. Slides run for 7 days and are subject to some black out dates. Messages must be approved by theater staff.
For an additional fee, staff will provide set up and tear down services, including setting up tables and chairs.
For basic use (computer hookup to projector for example) a flat fee of $75 will apply. More intricate audio/visual needs may require a staff member to be present during the event, which will incur an additional charge at the time of the event.
Black table linens may be requested for an additional fee of $15 per table
The event space is available for use between the hours of 7:00 AM & 10:00 PM.
All set up and tear down of your event must occur during the date/hours noted on your building use agreement.
Available tables include: 12 round tables 6ft in diameter that comfortably seat 8. 12 rectangular tables 8ft in length. 12 rectangular tables 6ft in length.
For auditorium-style seating, the maximum occupancy is 150. For table seating, maximum occupancy 100.
The event space does not have a catering kitchen at this time, however, renters are welcome to bring in their own food & drink or have their events catered.
Unfortunately, the theater does not have a designated parking lot, street parking is the only option.
